The kitchen/great room has long windows that overlook the backyard pool and poolhouse.This charming house is located in a great neighborhood in Uptown New Orleans, on a dead end to Audubon Park where you can enjoy a relaxing walk among the Oaks or pleasant bike ride. A very quiet, family oriented neighborhood, making it the perfect spot to return to after a long day and evening of adventure. Also located two blocks from Historic Magazine Street, with a plethora of restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Of note, hot tub available for an additional charge of $30/day Additionally, I charge an extra guest fee of $25/guest/night over 2 guests.
