Newly painted, new carpeting and all new bedding. Condo is fully furnished including high-speed cable internet hookup, a fully stocked kitchen, three big screen HD televisions with DVD/VCR players in great room and both bedrooms, DirectTV, charcoal grill/smoker, wonderful porch swing and rocking chairs overlooking lake. The unit is beautifully decorated with bright designer colors, Bev Doolittle limited signed prints in guest bedroom, wood-burning fireplace, and 20 ft high vaulted ceiling. (Only condo in Mt Harbor with 20 ft vaulted ceiling.).
Master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has four twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in great room is great for kids. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Fully equipped kitchen including Kerig coffee maker.
Condo is at the end of Vista on a cul-de-sac so it is great for children with bicycles, scooters, etc. In walking distance to swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, and Turtle Cove Spa and a short drive to the lodge and restaurant.
Pets are considered and smoking only on the deck.
