**Please read full description** This is a 1 1/2 story home that I stay in when I am not traveling for work. It is not a shared space so you will have the house to yourself, however upstairs is off limits to guest. You will have access to everything downstairs which includes guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, living room and a fully stocked kitchen.
If you are planning on bringing a pet you must have my approval first and pay the additional non refundable pet fee before checking in. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. The back yard is fully fenced in but there could be areas a small dog could escape so you may want to check it before releasing your dog.
This home is in a very quiet, safe subdivision. It's safe to walk the neighborhood. There's also a playground at the entrance of the subdivision you could walk or drive to.
