Summary: It’s unfortunate that I have to give a low rating to this property as it has so much potential. However, the house is in disrepair, is dark and the pictures on the listing are deceiving. The furniture is old and in bad shape, like second or third hand that has not been taken care of. The mattress in one of the master bedrooms had indentions where people had slept like it was old and worn out. It lacked support and was not comfortable. When we stripped the sheets, the mattress covers on some beds had pee stains so we removed those too to be laundered and of course there were stains on the mattresses as well. It appears the cleaning service only dusts the top of the furniture but not the sides. The dust was built up very thick on the sides of the night stands in the master BR. The drawers in the dressers were dirty and almost fell out when you opened them as were the drawers in the kitchen. There were almost zero supplies like toilet paper and paper towels on hand. Nor were there enough washcloths. We had to purchase TP the first day of our stay and had to wash washcloths everyday to have clean ones daily for all of us. We had 8 people staying. If we were at capacity per the listing, there would not have been enough wash clothes for everyone to shower each day. Bottom line, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone and would go as far as to say VRBO needs to remove this listing until the owner makes significant improvements. Not worth the nightly rate!!
