New (fall 2022) luxury guest house that we are excited to share. We have an upscale modern design and warm accents in the peacefulness of 20 acres inside 460 acres of untouched forest but still very close to Silver Dollar City and a short drive into Branson. The Estate is gated with 1/2 mile paved drive through the trees. A gorgeous daily walk in any season! There is plenty of room to park all vehicles including campers and boats. Level 2 EV charger (32amp J1772) provided for your personal use if needed.
You’ll have 2 bedrooms with blackout curtains and 1 full bath. Sleeps 6. The bathroom has a curbless shower and heated floors! Full granite kitchen with new stainless appliances and cabinet lighting. Full size washer and dryer. Open living area with large screen TV and your own patio in the woods complete with bbq and string lighting.
We built this like we would want if we were to live in it. High end finishes like 10 foot high ceilings, sound insulation, solid doors, in ceiling TV speakers, high quality beds and linens plus large quality windows. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, granite counters, under/over cabinet lighting and crown molding. The bathroom has a curbless shower with hidden linear drain, heated floors (awesome when it’s cool out) and a free hanging vanity.
