Our property is located in a gated neighborhood & is fully equipped on 18 acres for your short or long term stay-ATV trail riding, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, wildlife watching on our acreage (see boundary map). Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. *Please note this is a year round river but levels will fluctuate due to seasonal or weather conditions. *Pool is winterized in cooler months. Summary: Beautiful house and property with brand new appliances! Easy access to Kiamichi River and the National Forest…Close to several hiking trails. It can sleep several people comfortably. Pool was very clean for being near so many trees! Gorgeous scenery!! Enjoyed the stay! Thank you!!
