You will have no shortage of options for whatever type of activity you’re in the mood for.
For quiet, relaxing moments back at home, the screened-in wraparound balcony allows you to easily stay connected to the outdoor scene. Enjoy an evening cocktail or your morning coffee at the café table with chairs 2 or plan an al fresco meal with a larger group at the dining table for 6. From the patio, enter the spacious living area where you’ll be met by open spaces and cozy corners alike. Vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace column, and leather sofas create a welcome space for kicking up your feet after an exciting day exploring the local area. Catch the big game or your favorite show on the mounted smart TV, conveniently viewable from both the kitchen and dining rooms so no one has to miss out on the action. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between the garages. A parking pass is required with a parking fee of $5 per car per night to be paid upon check-in.
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check-in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and cannot waive it.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
- On the day of arrival, all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- This is a walk-in unit – no steps leading into the home.
