Positive: I have stayed here several times and found the staff to be very helpful. My bed was broken, and when I reported it to the desk clerk it was fixed quickly Also, the shower was not working properly. It too was fixed as soon as I reported it.

Negative: There was nothing wrong that wasn't fixed immediately.

Summary: Great staff that was very attentive to my needs.
