Per community rules:
There is absolutely no parking on the grass. Cars seen parked on the lawn will be towed at the owner's expense.
There is no parking of anything but registered and operational cars. This includes, but is not limited to: Trailers, RVs, broken vehicles, tractors, storage pods, etc.
The COA reserves the right to tow any objects or vehicles that do not comply with the COA parking lot rules. If you are breaking one of these rules, please rectify the situation immediately to avoid fees and/or towing.
