High speed fiber optics internet is available. This property includes a fully stocked chefs kitchen with gas stove and oven along with a plumbed Kuerig coffee pot. Downstairs there is a wet bar with ice maker, additional coffee pot, microwave and under the counter fridge that makes this home great for multi families. Outdoor gas grill available to use. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board available to use as well as a ping pong table in the garage. The upstairs and downstairs has a gas fireplace.
