Located just minutes from the Country Club Plaza, Indian Hills Country Club and Milburn Golf and Country Club. You can enjoy scenic parks, trails, shopping and gourmet restaurants all around Kansas City and Overland Park, KS. So much to do!

The home is located in Mission Kansas which is right over the State Line from Kansas City. Mission is easily accessible via I-35 and just minutes from downtown Kansas City, Olathe and Overland Park.
Guests will have access to the entire home including a full size washer and dryer and fenced in backyard with patio.
Walk straight through the front door in to the lovely living room and sprawl out on the couch after traveling! Large Smart TV provided along with additional seating to accommodate six. Tv's are ready for you to kick back and log into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or YouTube TV account. A desk and chair are also located in the living room so you can set up shop and take business calls!
The kitchen has been completely remodeled and includes new stainless steel appliances and microwave. Beautiful granite counters and tile backsplash. All basic kitchen essentials are provided including dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. Enjoy a cup of coffee from one the many brewing options we provide including a Keurig Coffee Machine, drip coffee maker, pour over or a French press. A variety of K-Cups, creamer and sugar included in every stay! Dining space is right in the kitchen with a table that accommodates up to six.
Three bedrooms are all on the main floor of this home. Two bedrooms feature a luxurious king size bed and the other bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed. Each room provides ample closet space for all of your belongings and bedside tables and lamps.
Both bathrooms are full size, one has a tub/shower combo while the other bathroom is a shower only for guests that prefer zero entry. Luxury bath products are featured in both bathrooms, Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Guests are provided one large bath towel and washcloth per guest, hand towels and dark make-up towels for convenience.
This home has private parking via a driveway and can fit up to three vehicles.

There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
