Indoors is a pingpong table, games, books, a Peloton bike, & poker table. The kitchen is well-stocked with high end appliances, spices, coffee, etc. The time to have fun and relax is now! Guests have full and exclusive access to the house, yard and dock. -Security camera disclosure: There is one security camera on site, at the front door. This is not monitored regularly, but rather used if safety/security or guest access issues arise. Rural, lakeside setting that is still close to all of the top attractions in the area. Please note that the property is located in a private community with a Property Owner Association (POA). Please provide us with the names of each guest if you wish to use community amenities such as beach, recreation centers, indoor/outdoor pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts etc..
