Welcome to our Guest House in the country. We are new and are happy to share our Guest House for a peaceful and memorable experience while in the area. The Guest House has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a full kitchen and common area. The bedrooms have queen beds, dressers, closets and smart alarm clocks. There is a queen size futon in the living room area, along with a desk for working or school. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove & microwave. High speed fiber internet with wifi and smart TV. All amenities are provided. Parking area is designated in front of the Guest House. There is an outdoor seating area, fire pit area & you're welcome to walk around the farm property for exercise. All animals must be on a leash & clean up after them (poo bags are available in unit). It is a very quiet and peaceful location off the Vilonia Bypass. We're right between Conway and Cabot, being just a 15 min drive to either; only 6 min from downtown Vilonia where gas, groceries & fast food is located. Sam's Club is 20 min in Conway; Walmart, Aldi's and restaurants 15 min in Cabot or Conway. There are restaurants in Vilonia and off Hwy 64 as well.
