The spacious kitchen is designed for gathering, featuring high-end stainless appliances, a gas stove and oven built into the center island, and counter space for everything from simple breakfasts to holiday feasts. Share meals at the dining table, or step outside to the expansive wraparound deck where multiple seating areas invite you to sip morning coffee or relax under the stars. Fire up the gas grill, dine together at the large outdoor table for ten, or gather around the stunning stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace. End the evening soaking in the hot tub, surrounded by peaceful woodland views.
Above the detached garage, the game room offers a space all its own—ideal for friendly competition and laid-back fun. - This home allows up to 2 mature and well behaved dogs with a pet rent of $25 per pet per night.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. Guests will receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.

- Parking may accommodate up to 4 or 5 vehicles with some maneuvering.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
