It's all just a few minutes to the shores of Bull Shoals, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Harbor Marina. Less than 40 minutes to Branson, MO. There is one small water crossing on our driveway. There is plenty of room to bring your boat with you and park on the property. We do ask that you not park a boat past the house as we have underground water and sewer lines running there.
