The 2nd floor features three bedrooms- thoughtfully renovated primary room with king bed and brand new bathroom with dual shower heads, second room with queen bed and third room with one full bed and bunk beds. Gorgeous top level has a very large and completely renovated open living area including beautiful canal views with kitchen, living room and dining area. Kitchen water dispenser, ice and side faucet water is double filtered and crystal clear. The large sofa converts into a bed for slumber parties. Screened porch off of the third floor for convenient bug-free meals and sunset views leads to a rooftop deck to enjoy amazing sunsets and star gazing. Have fun on the private dock and boat launch for those with their own water craft. Here you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
