The PERFECT vacation home.
All BEDROOMS have flat screen TVs with top-tier Direct TV cable, 3 bedrooms en suite. bedroom #4 shares Primary bathroom... Three bedrooms face the vast ocean view, one a sunny garden- and ALL with wonderful high-end bed linens/mattresses. Our bed placement is: 1 King (master), 1 Queen 1 Full bed. 2 TWIN beds (next to master bath room) in 4th bedroom. Note: twin bedroom shares master bathroom.
NOT BEACHFRONT- 5-20 minute drive to a dozen different beaches. SANTA MONICA- 15 minutes MALIBU PIER 10 minutes. Hiking out our door with stunning ocean views.
*** Our pool has some Eucalyptus trees on one side, they are dry very trimmed , and we have weekly professional pool service but there are occasional leaves in the pool. The water quality is excellent however.*** Our home is built in 1995 and remodeled since then. We do not have (or need) a security system, our sliding doors lock with dowels, front door regular dead bolt. . Also, a few artwork by the Owner on some walls (not cluttered at all).
