Overlooking one of the lakes comprising the Ocean Lakes subdivision, guests are going to love this spacious beach-themed home only two blocks from the beach. Featuring a private pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table in addition to access to community pool and tennis, the home is sure to provide an unforgettable beach vacation. With six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms spanning three levels, there shouldn't be any problem for everyone to enjoy their own space.
Entering the home, guests will be welcomed to a cheery, contemporary theme complemented by strong natural lighting. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite, full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a second full bath on this floor. One bedroom features a queen bed while the other has a twin-over-full bunk. All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer direct deck access.
The sub-level houses the game room, two bedrooms and a shared, full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk. TVs are provided in each of these bedrooms as well. The game room also features a wet bar with mini-fridge.
