Summary: Staff were so friendly and accommodating, however, there were multiple problems. 1. No towels at all. We had to go get them first day. We stayed 2 nights so had to go 2x. 2. Only one partially used toilet paper roll. It didn't last and we never got a new roll so we had to use wipies. 3. AC made loud noises like trash stuck in fan outside. 4. Phone didn't work so had to always walk to office. 5. Floor was so dirty that it stained white towels.and I had nothing else to wipe water off the floor feom showering.
