Water depth off the dock ranges from 40–42 inches...ideal for families with kids and low-draft boats. We provide bumpers and cleats for easy docking.
MAIN LEVEL
Step into a well-appointed, open kitchen with a breakfast bar and direct access to a large screened porch overlooking the lake. The dining area and the cozy living room, with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, offer stunning views. Walk out to the sundeck with the grill, or stay inside and enjoy the warmth of the fire. A large selection of board games and puzzles is ready for family fun. The main-floor bedroom features a king bed and connects to a full bath. You’ll also find a laundry room and pantry on this level.
UPPER LEVEL
Two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has a full bed; the other has a queen bed plus its own private deck with seating and beautiful lake views. A small loft workspace overlooks the living room below...perfect for remote work or quiet time.
LOWER LEVEL – The Fun Zone
The lower level is where the action happens! The great room features a foosball table, pool table (with ping-pong conversion top), 65" big-screen TV, and Xbox 360 with games. The bunk room comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 full, 3 twins, and a trundle. Full bath with walk-in shower. Step outside to the covered patio and flat lakeside yard...perfect for cornhole, croquet, or roasting s’mores around the firepit.
A second refrigerator/freezer in the garage is available for your use.
Three kayaks, life vests, fishing gear, and outdoor games are included (signed liability waiver required...use at your own risk).
