Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom waterfront retreat on Dryden Bay. This amazing house boasts a private, cozy atmosphere that will make you and guests feel right at ease. There are beautiful lake views from the dining room, kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms - the large, spacious screened-in back porch with fans provide a great place to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening dinner. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the Master, 3 twin beds in a large, downstairs bedroom, 4 queen beds in two upper bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind and rest. A fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances, coffee, Kuerig, cooking and eating utensils. A full-size washer and dryer, smart TVs, several board games. There is an expansive deck, complete with a large Pit Boss grill for talented grilling chefs and entertaining. A walkway through a master garden down to the shoreline. This property is located on a large bay, off the main channel of the Cumberland River and not allowed a dock permit.
Dryden Bay Boat Ramp is 250 yards from the house, with a dock, ample sized ramp and parking for up to 30 vehicles.

* The Pit Boss grill is new , along with grilling utensils. BYOL (Bring your own lighter), bring a lighter as they tend to stray.
* The outdoor grill is not cleaned by our cleaning team, please clean up after yourself.
* The steps off the screened porch and the deck, through a nice flower garden, will lead you all the way to the shoreline.
* The water is gently sloping and you can swim from the shore.
* it is possible to fish from the shoreline. KY fish and game laws apply, licenses are available online.
