Excellent location!! This ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, located on the west corner of Tower 1, is great for families/friends that don't want the pool directly in front of them, but just steps away from the pool, and the beach cross-over. With no pool between this building and the beach, you can enjoy a full view of the Gulf from the patio while still having easy access to all the amenities. In the living area, there is ample seating with a sofa, loveseat, and recliner, all newly furnished. The master suite includes a walk-in shower, king size bed, TV, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door to the private patio. In the second bedroom there are two double beds and TV along with its own private patio, leading to a nice manicured lawn. The third bedroom, with a queen size bed and TV, has a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom is situated between the guest bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter tops is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful meal. Eight people can sit comfortably at the dining room table while another three at the breakfast bar. All units include cable, WiFi, and full size washer and dryer. No smoking or pets allowed in units or on property.
