Brand new kitchen and living space with hardwood floors through out bring luxury to the beach. Granite counter tops and large farm dining table complete the functional space. The outdoor space is an added bonus with a screened in porch off the living area and large 2nd floor deck facing the street. Steps to the beach and local restaurants round out this fantastic rental. Large bedrooms with closets and dressers makes this rental property feel like home. 2 guaranteed parking spaces make unloading a breeze. Street parking available with pass or Park Mobile. Large shed and 8 backpack beach chairs added in 2021.
Outside shower and foot washing station provided to limit sand getting into home. Consciousness guests only please. Excess sand ruins pipes, sliding glass doors, carpeting, ability to clean homes efficiently in allotted time.
