COMPLETELY renovated in October 2022 with luxury in mind, be one of the FIRST to stay at Serenity by the Sea--a beachside, penthouse condo with partial ocean views, two pools (one adult and one for the family), private balcony and just steps from a wide uncrowded beach.
Located on the top, fourth floor of the building, the elevator and stair access making check-in a breeze! Enter the front door and you're greeted with an open floor plan and brand new kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops and modern gold accents. Just off the kitchen is the dining space and large great room with a wall of windows creating a light and airy feel. The living room has a large 55" TV, pull out queen-size sofa and plenty of seating!
Head down the hall and on your left is the guest bedroom with both a full and twin bed, TV, and a large desk for working remotely or crafts and games with the kiddos! It's also perfect for spending a rainy beach day with a puzzle and some beverages.
Across from the guest bedroom, you'll find the first of two newly renovated bathrooms. Not one detail was spared in either of these bathrooms! The guest bathroom offers a spa-like feel with a generous walk-in tile shower.
Head down the hall and you're greeted with a large master bedroom with king size bed, private balcony, TV, tons of closet space and master bathroom. Entering the large master bath will feel as though you've stepped in the pages of a magazine. With a stunning black and white tiled shower/tub combo, you'll have plenty of space to bathe the kids after a beach day then draw a bath for yourself before bed. The bathroom vanity has plenty of storage and more than enough counter space.
Wake up each morning, grab a cup of coffee and watch the spectacular Brigantine sunrises right from your balcony!
Want to spend a day off the beach? You'll have seasonal access to two pools (one adults only and one family friendly).
A location on the south end of the island means you'll spend your days on wide, uncrowded beaches and quick access to the bridge off the island.
Being under 5 minutes from Atlantic City, you'll have the option dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants, grab a show, or take the kids to Top Golf, boardwalk rides, mini golf and more.
On the island, Brigantine offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops, an arcade for the kids, full 18-hole golf course, and both pickleball courts and mini golf just across the street from the condo!
