Please note this IS a basement unit. Although there is insulation between the levels it is likely you will hear some sound and movement from the upper level.

Kitchenette includes a full sized refrigerator, toaster oven, induction cooktop, microwave and sink.
Guest will have full access to living area, bathroom and laundry room.
Housekeeping and will access basement laundry room as needed.
Please note housekeeping and long term guest (guest staying 7 days or more) will be allowed to enter the lower level to access laundry. Long term guest in the upper unit will also be able to access the laundry area ONLY upon request. Access is granted upon request to the host. The guest would be given a temporary code that will expire within a set time frame. For instance if a guest requests laundry access from Noon-4 their code will only work during that time frame. To protect the privacy of the lower level guest hey will only have access during that time they will not have unlimited access to the shared laundry space.
The upper level is rented as a separate unit and has a private entrance. Please note if the upper level is occupied it is likely you will hear movement and sounds from above and the guest above will likely hear movement and sounds from your unit as well. We do ask that all guest respect quiet hours from 10pm til 7am.
The doors to your living area are lockable from the inside and outside.
At no time are our housekeeping staff allowed enter your living/sleeping area or bathroom without prior approval from guest and/or management.
