Great walking and is about a half mile to White Rock Lake. The steps leading to the apartment are fairly steep. You will share the walk of the driveways when coming or going to your car in front of the main house.
This is one huge room. There are two beds, a sofa (futon) and a separate full bathroom that has a walk-in shower. There is a table for work, a small microwave and sa Frig. This apaartment is large enough for 2 singles or 1 couple. The backyard, and driveway are shared spaces. Your parking is in the front of the house and the driveway is for the guests in the house.
