The exterior features a large deck with a Green Egg for grilling as well as a fire pit for s'mores! Relax and enjoy your morning coffee (or mimosa) on the screened in porch that is located off of the dining room.
With almost 3,000 square feet, Hook, Wine and Sinker includes an open concept that is great for entertaining and a spacious kitchen that includes new stainless steel GE Café appliances.
With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, large families or even multiple families will be very comfortable. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is basement with a new sofa that includes large ottomans that when pulled together create a king bed.
The dock is great for swimming and includes a water mat!
