We’d like to share our home with you—“La Villa del Valle.” It features many cozy nooks designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You’ll enjoy the decor, design, PRIVATE POOL, sun deck, and amenities; all surrounded by fantastic views where nature takes center stage, accompanied by spectacular weather. We hope you’ll love it!<br>The space<br>If you decide to come, you’ll be in direct contact with nature. You’ll have views of the island’s most beautiful valley: the Tamadaba Natural Park.<br><br>During the summer, the sun shines for 10 hours on our sun deck. You can also cool off in our private, heated pool; the pool area is fenced off to ensure that children cannot access it without supervision. Outside, we have a barbecue area with a bioclimatic pergola so you can enjoy lunch with the best views in the shade of Tamadaba or dine under the stars while taking in the surroundings. We also have a perfect spot for reading outdoors or simply unwinding from the daily hustle and bustle. And, with renewable energy in mind, our home is equipped with solar panels.<br><br>Inside the house, we offer all the comforts of a modern home: air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet. On the upper floor, you’ll find a bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with a small table perfect for breakfast or coffee, overlooking the stunning valley and a coffee plantation. It also features a desk in case you need to work remotely. On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen with a pantry equipped with small appliances and a lovely coffee corner, a bathroom, and a living-dining room with access to the pool. In the basement, you’ll find a charming laundry room and a space designed for exercise (elliptical trainer, treadmill, yoga mats, among other items).
