park right in front and enter the front door into another world with wall to wall windows overlooking the lake and glass door to the covered private balcony..perfect place for morning reflection and coffee ..or sunset unwinding. A 60" smart TV and sound bar for news or sports/horse racing....WIFI included. Wood floors, crown molding and at the touch of a button,...remote control solar shades! If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. Seamless quartz countertops & stainless appliances. We offer a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker & coffee bar supplies. The bedroom has an incredibly comfortable King size bed (per many guests..) and is fully appointed with everything you need including black out window coverings for sleeping in! The stylish bathroom has a roomy walk in shower, cabinet storage, luxurious towels and toiletries.
If boating is your thing, we have a boat ramp right next door and there is trailer parking in our parking area. Let me know if you would also like the use of a covered boatslip during your stay (which you can see right from the condo balcony) and arrangements can be make for you!
Located just off Central Ave, this condo is minutes from so much to see and do in Hot Springs!! Take in a spa bath in the historic Bath House Row downtown, meander through the many art galleries or hike the majestic trails scattered throughout the National Park forest. Other popular attractions include seasonal horse racing at the nationally recognized Oaklawn Park and it's adjoining huge casino. Our Garvan Gardens botanical garden is quite famous and spectacular year around and summer fun at Magic Springs Water Park. Let's not forget the shopping and dining selections in over 200 restaurants.
