Our cozy walk out private entrance Basement apartment, (990 square feet) with new bathroom with heated floors , new kitchen with heated floors, new recliner, new 65" tv, new walk-in shower, new large stainless steel refrigerator, new dressers and 1898 piano. So come by and warm up your toes in winter! The main queen bedroom is the quietest room! Guest state they never slept so well. There is no window in this room, so no noise or light to keep you up. The large living area has new tile floors ( feeling cool in the summer) and a 47 inch TV with hundreds of channels. We offer free WiFi for up to 7 devices and a functional and beautiful upright piano. Play to your heart's content! Beautiful view of fields and the Flint Hills from the upper deck. This booking is for transient lodging only. No Glitter in the apartment. No Parties. We have cameras under the deck facing the stop signs 3 seconds.
