The bottom floor is comprised of a 1,000 square foot game room that is air-conditioned and furnished with a pool table, television, and games. The home has full kitchen amenities and an extra fridge on the lower level. There is an extra-large master suite with a king bed, large tv, a private deck with a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. Additionally, the master bedroom provides access to the six-foot privacy fenced back yard to let your pets roam. The master and one other bedroom also have limited ocean views. There are two queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and a connected bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a twin daybed and a tv.
