Relax in style by enjoying the serenity of breathtaking waterfront views from over 3,500 square foot retreat that is elegantly finished, lavishly furnished and exquisitely appointed; uniting to provide an extraordinary experience for your vacation. There are 3-King sized Bedrooms, and also your choice of either a pull-out Queen Sofa Bed or Twin Bunk Beds located in the Media Room.
Entertaining is made easy in the Formal Dining Room that seats up to eight. For more relaxed
dining, choose between the Breakfast Room adjacent to the Kitchen or the expansive wrap-
around covered back Porch overlooking the lake, complete with a BBQ grill and multiple seating
areas. In the evenings, unwind in oversized swivel chairs mesmerized by a display of
kaleidoscope lights reflecting off the water.
For activities, enjoy a RESORT-STYLE AMENITY PACKAGE that includes fishing from your
private boat dock with poles and tackle provided. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the Exercise
Room, featuring an elliptical, stair stepper, and exercise bike.
For visual entertainment, there is an upstairs full-sized Media Room complete with 82” TV. There is also a large TV above the
stone fireplace in the Family Room for everyday viewing and oversized TVs in each of the king-
sized Bedrooms.
If you like competition, have fun playing Darts and Ping Pong. For the adventuresome, consider
casting off for a leisurely Canoe ride. There is also an abundance of community amenities

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
