Positive: I loved that the rooms were already set up for me upon arrival.

Negative: Nothing however I stayed in September, and I had the absolute rudest Caucasian gentleman named Keith check us. We had arrived around 9pm and he was outside vaping before he took it upon himself to check us in. He was short and agitated with us and I believe that this gentleman should either get trained for better assistance or maybe this is not the career for him. I spoke with the receptionist that next morning and they were apologetic. They must’ve remembered my name because they checked on me from my last experience. Thank you to Melissa, Lashawn, and gang for always being my go-to lodging when I’m in town visiting my elderly mother.

Summary: Sooo accommodating and clean!!!!
