Comfortable for 2 families, with a King bed and 50" TV in the master, Queen bed and TV in the second bedroom, the third bedroom can sleep 4 with a Twin over Double bunk bed and a trundle pull out underneath also has a TV and DVD for the kids. Indoor laundry room and Central Vacuum. The Dining room table can seat 8 with an additional seating for 6 on bar stools at the bar. The backyard is made for entertaining with a covered patio and plenty of seating to enjoy the pool view. The Patio table seats 8, lounge chairs are on the patio and a 4 chair table up by the spa. The over-sized pool and spa can be heated with propane and features a glass tiled water slide to keep the children entertained. Enjoy the calming sound from 2 waterfalls. Gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking. Living room has a 55" TV. Pool table and Ping Pong table are in the garage for your entertainment. Plenty of parking in the 38' boat deep side of garage that can be cooled with it's own swamp cooler. There is also parking on the side of the house. Direct TV w/Calif channels, Wi-Fi Internet. RO and Water Softener. Propane is NOT included in the rent, tenant will be billed separately for all propane used to heat the Pool/Spa. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month.
