Located at 335 East 1st Street, our property has convenient access to local amenities and is just 400 steps to the beach access.
We have fantastic beach views both inside and out. Balconies galore with ample seating so you can enjoy the ocean views and soak in the beach air
Our house has a fenced-in private backyard pool with outside shower and grill. Play on the beach and then lounge in the pool with the frosty beverage and/or grilled delicacy of your choice.
The reversed floor plan has views for everyone to enjoy. Sit on the beautiful front deck and enjoy the sunrise, beach, waves, dolphins, birds and unforgettable sunsets. Watch your family play on the beach while you relax on the deck.
The upper level features a gourmet stainless steel kitchen with tons of granite counter top work space... perfect for multiple cooks and family buffets. There is a large dining table that seats eight . Counter seating for four more and a table for six on the deck. The master bedroom and bath are just off the beautifully decorated living area. The master shower features custom floor to ceiling tile work with dual shower heads. Dining and living spaces have huge ocean views and are complimented by large ocean facing porches with porch swings. Perfect for enjoying sunrise with that morning coffee or our famous sunset with your favorite glass of wine.
Our lower level features a family room perfect for kids and teens. Flat screen TVs with DVD are ready for your movie nights. WIFI is simple and fast.
There are three bedrooms on the lower level, each with its own private bath. There is also a cozy bunk room with 3 built in bunks that your kids will love. Out on the large front porch you will find two wonderful swings for gentle shaded relaxation.
Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect place to enjoy biking, jogging, kayaking or your favorite summer reading. Our island is southern facing which is perfect for shelling!
Located between historic Wilmington, NC to the North and the bustling entertainment of Myrtle Beach, SC to the South, these attractions are just 30 minutes away. Just over the bridge on the mainland are shops, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and miniature golf.
There are twelve golf courses within 10 miles. Drive 30 miles south to Myrtle Beach where you will find over 90 golf courses, numerous restaurants including the outlet malls, specialty shops, and plenty to do! 30 miles north and you're in historic Wilmington with lovely downtown shopping and restaurants to explore.
