*This cozy haven rests in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 1.4 miles from the Titletown District—just a 4 minute drive or an easy 30 minute walk away!
*We're across the street from John Muir Park, which is equipped with a large playground perfect for those traveling with the whole family.
*Military Ave. and Lombardi Ave two popular main roads in Green Bay, are home to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and convenient stores, and they're just three short blocks from the house. Eat some cheese curds and shop til' you drop!
3 Bedrooms, 1 pull-out bed, and 2 bathrooms:
*Primary bedroom has 1 queen bed
*Secondary bedroom has 1 full bed
*Tertiary bedroom has 2 twins
*The back den is furnished with a pull-out bed
*There is 1 full bathroom located by the 3 bedrooms and 1 half-bathroom by the den giving everyone enough space to spread out.

*The den and the living room both include large couches and 80 inch flat screen TVs providing ample viewing ! The living room TV can also be viewed from the dining room and the kitchen, so you’ll never have to miss a thing.
*Games and puzzles are also available for those who need to unwind from the day's excitement.
Please note: Like many homes in Green Bay, this house does not have central air conditioning. We've added two separate a/c units that keep the house cool in the summer. There are also tower fans available for your convenience.
