Bedrooms:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. New mattress in 2026! Primary bedroom also includes a large chaise lounge, desk for make up or working, and smart TV.
- Second Bedroom: Double bed with desk.
- Third Bedroom: Twin bed TRUNDLE (effectively, two twin beds) with comfy arm chair, and small TV.
- Additional Sleeping: Double-sized sleeper sofa in living room.
Kitchen/Dining:
Spacious galley kitchen with plenty of counter space for cooking. Fully-equipped kitchen includes 4-burner range, full-sized oven, built-in microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal. Both Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker. Eat-in breakfast area with sunny windows around. Breakfast bar that opens to adjacent family room.
Additional separate formal dining room that seats 6 around a beautiful round glass table - great for a nice dinner moment, night in!
Living/Family
Over-sized family room so you can spread out and relax. Two spacious and comfy sofas (one is a sleeper) anchored around an 8 x10' rug. Overstuffed arm chair and ottoman for more chilling out. New 55" Roku TV. High vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace in living room provide an elevated and welcoming feeling.
Bathrooms
Primary bath is en-suite (per above). This has a large vanity and walk-in shower with a seat and natural stone tiles. Second full bath includes a tub and shower, perfect if you have little ones or want to soak! This bath is shared and at the end of the main hallway.
Outside
The over-sized lot provides a big backyard with a covered patio including a dining table with seating for six, and a separate deck with two chairs that catches plenty of natural shade during the day. We are adding a propane BBQ Grill in spring 2026 (not pictured yet). The backyard is gated and completely fenced in for privacy.
