The outdoor spaces are layered and intentional. A lower deck provides ample seating and dining space alongside a grill positioned right on the water. From there, a second tier leads to a cantilevered dock extending over the lake—perfect for launching kayaks or storing a small, shallow-bottom boat (please note there is no on-site boat ramp). Additional gathering areas include a custom-built fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a second-floor balcony overlooking the lake, a dedicated outdoor dining area, and multiple lounge spaces furnished for comfort and conversation.
