Summary: Room was clean and looked like it had been updated in the last couple of years. The fan on the HVAC was a bit noisy. As was the refrigerator. I put a couple of plastic cups between the frig and the wall - it stopped humming. Very quiet room otherwise. The breakfast was the usual “hot” breakfast, but very good.
