The condo has a living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath, laundry room and office space area in the first floor while the spacious bedroom, a full bath and a closet is on the top floor. The Bedroom is stocked with sheets, USB charge stations, lamps, a crib, a table with chair and an alarm clock. Every amenity provided in this gem was thoughtfully put together to make you comfortable and experience a home away from home. The closet has the iron/ iron board, a cloth drying rack and clips for clothes. The full bathroom upstairs is stocked with all basics, the towel essentials, cleaning products, travel pack products, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body wash, and dental floss and so on. The living room has a recliner sofa with pillows, and a throw blanket, the welcome basket is at entrance with the garage key fob, guide book and keys to pool & dumpster. The office space is in the living room with a printer connected to the Wi-Fi so you can print any document on your device as long as you are connected to the Wi-Fi. There is a smart TV which requires your login to your amazon account to see several streaming channels, Netflix, apple TV and Hulu. There are kitchen stockables and aprons to match a modern unique taste. The kitchen also has a toaster, rice maker as well as an air fryer, pressure cooker and lots more.

All guests booked with us have access to the entire condo, the shared pool, garage and other amenities within the property. A comprehensive explanation of these amenities and how to use them are included in the guide book. Meanwhile, no additional guest is welcome in the home asides from those booked, any case of bringing additional guest will attract an additional charge per extra guests per night of stay. Similarly, we welcome pets not more than two pets per stay. We welcome assistance animals and ESAs. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property and close to the pool. Violation of the smoking policy will carry a steep charge. Similarly, the HOA will invite cops should in case guests violates the quiet hours and hold parties or even within the condo. A report of this kind of violation will lead to all guests removed from the unit without ANY REFUND.
