Summary: Not sure why this motel has such a good rating. The room was not well made up. The toilet had urine on the seat fasteners, that had to be tightened down to be useable. The floors made the bottom of my feet black, and the fridge needed to be sanitized. There was a pool that was empty and that was probably okay, due to the cleanliness of the room. The booking information said that the fee for pets (plural)was $20 a day. We were charged $25 per pet. We rebooked and extended the stay due convience and the morning I checked back in the room I walked to the office well before the stated 11am check out time. The office was closed,and I had to call the manager. He didn't get to the office until almost noon,then banged on my door like I was trying to get one over in him. Then he scolded me for rebooking the room using hotels.com. The rate at the property was more expensive than the rate from hotels.com. Of course, I am going to rebook online, I am on a budget and need to be mindful of the money I spend. The manager was pleasant to my boyfriend when they had any interactions with each other,yet he treated me a whole lot different. I don't know why in the 21st century that happens anymore.I was charged an early check-in fee, to stay in the same room. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Summary: For the price the property was not bad, but wasn't the cleanest. Bright lights outside your window make it hard for you to sleep with no curtains. Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.

Summary: On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.

Summary: The hotel is under new management and they are in the process of updating and renovating. My husband and I had a clean bed to sleep in, a cool room to be in, a hot shower to wake up to, and a tv to watch. The room served its purpose. The location is great! It will be much better once the updates are made.
