Summary: There was a roach in my room they have pretty good house keeping but the front desk isnt so great. Idk how something like a sheet got burned and it was still hot after you took 30 mins to check the room to return my deposit and tell me that rhe sheet was still hot where i some how burned it. Ignoring the fact thwt rhe jacuzzi didnt work and i paid for the room for 3 days trying to add a surprise dog fee of 30 dollars a day youre crazy ive been staying here off and on for the last ten years or so and ive never have had a problem ubtill now you turly lost a good customer a loyal one and now for the first time in 10 years you guys at the daysinn in riverside off magnolia have me writing a bad review because your staff dont know how time work when it comes to something being burned and the sweet ass time they took to try and tell me that it was still hot to the toych so now i canot rent here anymore well im glad i cant cuz your staff in the am is ridiculously unkind and absolutely judgmental. What was my only hotel i rented at
