Summary: This was an unplanned stay. At the last minute I made a decision to stay overnight and didnt have much of a budget for a hotel. I didnt really need any amenities just a place to sleep. I made my reservation online which was an easy process. Because the price was so reasonable I didn't expect much, just a clean bed, and hopefully a quiet room. The check in process was very easy, less than 5 minutes. The room itself was large. There was a desk, a microwave and a small refridgerator. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also offer a continential breakfast. Some of the furniture in the room was older but nothing that would make a difference for a nice stay. The TV and remote worked as did the heat. The check out process was just as easy as the check in process. Both desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a large area in the room that would have more than accomadated a chair or love seat but was left empty. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend them to any travelers on a budget.

Summary: the lady that checked me in went out of her way to help me clear up my double booking with the help of the manager that she called.
when i checked out, the counter person was prompt in phoning me that i had left some articles and a real shout-out to the lady that cleaned my room to communicate this before i was too far away to return. This is excellent customer care and my sincere thanks to all at Days Inn.

Summary: The doors are not locked not secure at all. When we got in the room it smelled horrible like urine and dogs. I just kept reminding myself it was for 1 nite. The tiles in the ceiling were pushed up the room has definitely seen better days. The pictures they show online are not what the rooms look like at all. The sheets smelled and looked dirty and the pillows were completely flat. When I lifted the pillow up there was a dead smashed bug of some kind. So I tore everything off the bed and we laid on our blanket that I washed immediately upon leaving. I mean the room wasn’t cheap. At least wash the stuff that people sleep on. Horrible and I knew I should have read the reviews so that’s my fault. Please don’t write back that ur sorry about my experience blah blah cause there reviews on here from a year ago saying the same stuff and u haven’t corrected anything! Don’t stay unless ur used to living and sleeping like this.
