Summary: Upon arrival, it appeared they are understaffed. There was a note at the counter stating they went to the airport, and would be back shortly. Each person we encountered behind the counter had no personality. There was a side door to go outside to take our dogs to go to the bathroom. The door would not work from the inside, so we had to go out through the lobby, then around to the side. The free breakfast was terrible coffee,, bananas, yogurt, and oatmeal packets, nothing else. We had two rooms, and found roaches in both rooms. There is a metal base around the bed that sounded like a gong everytime you get in and out of the bed. Water stains in the ceiling. I personally would not recommend this place.
