The split level floor plan supplies a bright and welcoming living area and a lovely round dining table perfect for conversing over meals prepared in the modern kitchen. Just off the living area waiting for you are the inviting screened porch and open deck areas with Topsail Island area and water views. A sitting nook on the upper level is a great place to cozy up with a book. The individually styled bedrooms each offer their own enchantment as no two are decorated alike. Two master bedrooms on the upper level offer private baths. Just a few blocks north of downtown Topsail Beach, this professionally decorated custom built home offers quick access to all our quaint area has to offer.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
Privileges for house occupants only to nearby sound side gated Maritime Way community pool (typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day) and fishing dock.
