Just steps to the beach, Colony by the Sea Condominiums are conveniently nestled oceanfront in Duck. Away from the main road, they offer privacy, yet are in walking distance to the Sound side of the Island and the little town of Duck. Colony by the Sea is a favorite for guests of all ages.
Wee Duck Inn is a cozy second floor unit, clean and nicely furnished, offering great views of the ocean and courtyard. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Our kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare any meal. The bedroom is freshly painted with newly installed carpet, offering a queen-size bed, 26' flat screen TV, and a full master bath. The bunk beds in the hall alcove are perfect for children & located next to a second smaller full bath. Both baths have been partially remodeled with new fixtures and flooring. The living area has new flooring and has been freshly painted. The large living room allows for very comfortable accommodations, offering a queen sleep sofa and two swivel chairs, 42" flat screen TV, Bluetooth stereo, and DVD player. There is a book and DVD library and some games. Free WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances and every small appliance you will need for dining in. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing or dining outside. Charcoal Grills are located in the courtyard.

The view of the ocean is breathtaking from the second floor balcony, which is furnished with a patio table and chairs for the outside casual dining experience, and rockers for relaxing while looking out over the courtyard and ocean.
The complex features: oceanfront pool; charcoal grills w/picnic area; coin operated laundry facility ground level under each building; playground area, and tennis; ocean front pool; beachside showers & restroom.
