Summary: after driving 4 hrs in - temps in a blizzard, the heat in our room was only 62 with cool air on! Called front desk and requested a warm room the gentleman did accommodate us! I would recommend new softer, fluffy pillows those now are aweful, flat and hard! But other than that all was good!
