Located just minutes from everything Branson has to offer. These cozy condos have all you’ll need for the ultimate home away from home experience.
Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units next to each other, with adjoining deck doors that open up to each other. Both living rooms have sofa seating, recliners, a TV, coffee station, and table for 2. The sofa in Unit #8 converts to a sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations.
Each kitchen comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home. With additional counter seating.
There are 4 bedrooms in total:
Unit #7:
- 1st bedroom: King bed, with TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
- 2nd bedroom: Queen bed, Twin/Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, and TV.
- There is an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
Unit #8 is identical + the additional sofa sleeper:
- 1st bedroom: King bed, with TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
- 2nd bedroom: Queen bed, Twin/Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, and TV.
- There is an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-These are walk in units.
-Washer and dryer are available for guest use in both units.
-2 parking spaces are available in the parking lot for each unit (4 in total).
-WIFI in living room and bedrooms.

The area is quiet with very little traffic, but you may hear the occasional whistle from the train at Silver Dollar City. Notch Condominiums offers top-notch community amenities just steps from your front door. Whether you choose to cook up some burgers in the pavilion or make a splash in one of the 2 seasonal pools, you’ll be making unforgettable memories. Located right across the road from the pool, playground and the pavilion with BBQ grills, this condo places you in the perfect location for easy access to fun!! If you plan to use the pools on the property, please bring your own beach towels. Also make sure you save some time to enjoy the nature trails and to do some fishing in the catch and release lake. No fishing license is required, but you will need to bring your own gear.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
