The Space:
We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home includes a dining room, cozy living room, a custom bathroom and 4 Bedrooms--equipped with a King Bed on the first level, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds on the 2nd floor.
There is also a twin trundle bed and a queen air mattress should for additional people in your group.
Located in West Plaza just minutes away from the renowned Westport district which is filled with local restaurants, bars and nightlife. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login, located in the living space, bedroom and dining/game room.
The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster,
coffee maker, and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals.
Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.

Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00a
