You will fall in love with this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3 bath penthouse, located in building C in one of Cabo´s best kept secret developments, Puerta del Sol. Casa de los Vientos was upgraded recently with new travertine floors, bathroom tiles, counters, windows, sliders, furniture and all kitchen appliances. The tasteful décor gives it a true relaxing beach feeling, while keeping subtle Mexican décor tones through out.
You have the master bedroom with king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks, walk in closet and access to two terraces, one outdoor living and sitting bar area, the other with a comfy chez lounge & al fresco dinning table, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining. Both the Master bedroom and Jr master share access to the terrace to the outdoor living area & sitting bar area with magnificent ocean views.
The Jr Master has a king-sized bed, also with en-suite bathroom, large closet and just across from the 3rd bedroom that has a king size bed. The third bedroom is the only room that has the bathroom separate and is also used as the powder room.
The large open design with high ceilings and wood rafters allow the Sea of Cortes sea breeze to flow freely through out the home, giving you such peace and quiet, that you might simply mesmerize you.
Puerta del Sol is a double gated community, inside of the world-famous Cabo del Sol community. There are very few rentals located in this community that is comprised of 3 five storey buildings. Each building has its own private pool & underground parking. You will enjoy around the clock security, onsite private beach & fitness center access.
